your appointment time is reserved just for you. please understand that last minute changes or no-shows impact my ability to fill that spot and serve other clients.
• cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged 30% of the service total, or if the service required a deposit, the deposit will be forfeited.
• no-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.
• if you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and treated as a same-day cancellation.
• a card on file is required to book and confirm your appointment. if no card is presented, your deposit will be forfeited.
• appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours of booking — if not confirmed, the time slot will not be held.
